Our Programs
All Allora Coaching programs begin with the Archetype & Orientation Assessment™ — a tool that looks at two essential dimensions of who you are. Your Archetype reveals your core motivations, patterns, and the underlying drivers that shape your choices. Your Orientation shows how you naturally process information, make decisions, and interact with the world around you. Together, they give us a clear picture of how you're wired, so your coaching can meet you exactly where you are — not where a generic program assumes you should be.
We offer a range of coaching programs to meet the needs of every client.
Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom offering.
-
Twelve sessions with two coaches working together—one focused on internal patterns and integration, one focused on strategy and forward movement. Two extended sessions bring both perspectives together at the start and finish. All the work happens within the session space.
What makes this different: You're working with two coaches simultaneously—one holding depth, one holding direction—so you never have to choose between understanding yourself and moving forward. All integration happens inside the sessions.
Who this is for: People who process best in dedicated time and space. Clients who want clarity without ongoing touchpoints and prefer to do their thinking between sessions.
Why clients choose this tier: It's complete and self-contained. Clients choose INSIGHT because they value deep work in dedicated time and want the full dual-coach model held in a clear, structured container.
-
Twelve sessions with both coaches, plus Voxer access between sessions. When a pattern shows up in real time, one coach helps you make sense of it. When a decision needs to be made before your next appointment, the other helps you calibrate.
What makes this different: Growth doesn't happen on a schedule. This tier gives you support when it actually matters—not just when it's on the calendar. Your coaches keep you moving without letting you drift into over-processing or second-guessing.
Who this is for: High-functioning people balancing real responsibility with internal growth. Clients who think between sessions and benefit from timely reflection.
Why clients choose this tier: It's the sweet spot between structure and support. You're not alone with your growth, but you're also not being managed. Most clients choose INTEGRATION because it meets them where high-functioning people actually live—navigating complexity in real time.
-
Twelve sessions with both coaches, plus priority Voxer access for faster response when timing matters. A mid-arc integration session brings both coaches together to synthesize your work so you're not holding both lenses alone. Your assessment includes Growth Architecture—a leadership development roadmap with shadow patterns and subtype comparisons.
What makes this different: When your decisions carry weight beyond yourself—when how you show up affects your team, organization, or family—you need more than insight. Your coaches are actively engaged during transitions and high-stakes moments, not just available after the fact.
Who this is for: Leaders, founders, and executives navigating growth that changes how they're seen. Clients whose internal work and external decisions need to stay aligned when stakes are real.
Why clients choose this tier: Leadership-level complexity requires leadership-level support. When you're responsible for more than yourself, integration can't wait until it's convenient. This tier ensures your coaches understand the full scope of what you're navigating.
-
Individual development within a team context. Each team member receives their own A&O Assessment and six individual sessions—three with each coach, alternating throughout the program. Two group sessions bring both coaches together at the opening and closing to integrate individual insights into team dynamics and align collective direction. Eight sessions total per team member.
What makes this different: Individual growth doesn't happen in isolation when you're part of a team. This structure honors both—personal development through individual sessions and team alignment through shared work. Your coaches understand each person's patterns and how they interact as a whole.
Who this is for: Leadership teams, founding teams, or executive groups (3-5 people) navigating transition, building alignment, or integrating new members while maintaining momentum.
