Individual development within a team context. Each team member receives their own Archetype & Orientation Assessment and six individual sessions—three with each coach, alternating throughout the program. Two group sessions bring both coaches together at the opening and closing to integrate individual insights into team dynamics and align collective direction. Eight sessions total per team member.
